MP5 was my handler. She responded promptly, understood my problem and reassured me that resolution was imminent. She was friendly and professional and invited contact in the future if needed

Joe ref JW1 was very pleasant to deal with, answered all my queries and explained the whole process fully following my no fault claim. My only criticism was the length of time I was on hold when transferred to the car hire company Auxillis, they took over half an hour to take the call, I then got cut off, didn’t receive a call back and need to call again to request a call back where I was gain on hold for over 30 minutes sadly.

Matthew (MJ2) was so very kind , helpful and informative throughout the process. It was a pleasure to deal with such a thoughtful young man at what was quite a stressful time for me as the innocent party in my accident . The repair garage kept my car rather longer than was necessary but I guess this was to maximise their outrageous rental car fees

Chloe CM9 was excellent - polite, knowledgeable and her English was easily understood. She, like many of your staff, deserve (but won't get) a pay rise. Quality staff are difficult to find. She was a very good ambassador for OneCall insurance

I have found the whole process quite protracted. I seem to have sent in so many photos of the car and documents and got nowhere! However, just as I was in despair you contacted me today and I have a date to take the car in. So I am very pleased. Everyone that I have spoken to has been very helpful including Esther who I spoke to today.
