Outstanding customer service from the lady that answered the phone to put a non fault claim through. She made the process so simple and was just overall amazing on the phone. This lady could be used to teach future call handlers customer service.

DK3 was very professional and gave me good advice. I was astounded when I got the costing of the repair for the replacement tail light and found it amazing that the repairer had to do so much work and how many additional parts were required. Apologies for language used and well done to DK3 for assisting in how I can further my annoyance at this situation. Thank you for your support Dave Watt

One calls repairs team take ages to get through to, and only after numerous calls to many different numbers, chat live etc. then escalation was I eventually called back about a repair to my vehicle. However, my experience has been, when I am able to communicate with a person, that it is quick, efficient and the issue is dealt with. I spoke with SM1 today and it was short, to the point and exactly the service I would expect. One call need to do better with you phone lines!

Had a lengthy conversation regarding my claim with MF1 and cannot rate Melissa highly enough. Was of great help in sorting out a mix up in my ulinitial claim. 11 out of 10 from me👍

This claim has been going on since February. I have received an email from you last week saying there is no claim! Today’s call was to ask me questions I already answered in May. The rep was rude and sarcastic. Listen to the recording back
