At each stage of my claim process the one call staff were excellent. So helpful, quick and knowledgeable. However, the IT was poor, I responded as fast as possible at each stage, the website said nothing for me to do, however, this wasn’t sent over to the team. I had to repeatedly call in. Fantastic staff, rubbish IT

Phoned to arrange collection of vehicle. Had to wait some time before agent was available to take the call but the agent (SM1) was helpful and friendly. It would have been good if I had been told in advance of my call that I would be contacted to arrange collection when the required parts were available.

Marc reassured me that the online yes or no questionnaire was in fact the company, not scammers as I seriously suspected. Marc was very helpful and reassuring but I strongly feel customers should be told about this way of questioning as I have been extremely worried and in fact barely slept, as I was unable to get through to yourselves yesterday to confirm or otherwise that it was in fact yourselves. I feel this adds unnecessary stress and anxiety.

I have at last got my car back today however the stress I experienced with email after email asking the same questions over and over. I had to ring numerous times got kept on hold or cut off when you rang it then cut off having to ring you all the time. I am still waiting for 2 weeks now for a paper for to fill in. I am really disappointed with the service. I last spoke to CB3 about returning my car that's the only conversation that was followed through. Frances Donaghy MA61KJJ.

Received a call to book the vehicle in for repairs soon after email confirmation, it was brief and precise and booked in all within 5 minutes by SM1

The man I was talking to was very patient and helpful but the process itself was difficult for a person my age not good with mobile phones . At least he talked me through each stage and was very patient otherwise i would have struggled
