I was left with the impression the day previous that all was completed and in order by a previous agent. Apparently not as I was inundated with e-mails & in total and all sent within 3 minutes of each other. Had to contact office and go through the whole process again as previous agent hadn't completed the process nor save the replies I gave to the questions she asked. Second agent EJ1 was much more thorough an professional and although it took a while to go through everything again it was simple and well managed. Hopefully this time I will not have to contact them again to cover old ground. To be fair, had I dealt with EJ1 from the outset then I would have awarded 5 stars.

Lewis was good and sorted my dilemma quickly. Transferred my call fast and did not keep asking the same question again and again. When one contacts insurers, we know they have to do their job and kindness never goes a amiss. After all, accidents are rarely intentional, cause a lot of upset and shock. Thank you Lewis.

The only issue that requires improving is the intro to actually get to speak with an agent. I appreciate that getting information to the customer is important but would question the requirement to have the same information continually repeated. Once connected to an agent, in ny case LW8 the service provided was very good.

AC3 was very pleasant and we now have our repair booked. But the process is very long with same questions asked multiple times. Engineers sent me an email I had a question but never received an answer

Good service Lc2 Spoke to 4 people, had to go through all the details. Why cannot it all be online with access to all. Was on the phone 2 hours!

So far my claim has been managed in a very efficient and helpful manner by MM6 and AA4. I haven't given 5 stars as we are early in the process but, fingers crossed, so far so good!
