My phone call with CH3 was very straightforward and he took all the necessary information on my claim. However I wasn't able to log into the customer portal and when I thought I had got the password wrong and tried to change it the website didn't seem to have any knowledge of me which was worrying. CH3 has sent me a link for the livechat if I need it but I would like access to the portal.

The customer service has been brilliant from the word go. Spoken to Seb in claims of how quickly they have sorted our claim. He was so polite and professional and there to help or ask anything if I need to do so. Finally praise One Call highly for their excellent insurance Company.

I spoke Georgia today & she was most helpful, so far the only person to give me any information & keep me enlightened by what the next steps are. If only your other customers service teams were as good as her. My life has been really stressful the last few weeks & no one from your team till today had given me any information I was like the walking blind.
