Courteous and patient. Took detailed information in a timely manner. I have no criticism of the gentleman who dealt with me. However, constructively it would have been nice to have been a little empathetic as it was a scary situation for me

The process was detailed and thorough, and I was happy with the regular contact from KK2 to ensure I was kept informed throughout. I would have given a 5-star review, but removed one star because of the delivery and collection time frames. A 7-hour window is given (7 am to 2 pm), so you have to be ready before 7 am and then may have to wait 7 hours for your car to be collected. This is too long and just needs some good organisation to reduce the time window to a more reasonable 2-hour window or at least a 4-hour window. Other than that inconvenience, I was very happy with One Call Claims.
