No updates for over a month. Directed me to the Winn Solicitors to deal with the claim myself and wash the hand of the whole case. Then I also had to deal with the S&G Response for the repair. Eventually after all the correspondence to and fro, they reckoned the repair was a write-off and not to pursue any further. No news afterwards whatsoever!! Luckily it was the other party's fault and he admitted liability. His insurance company Churchill dealt directly with me for the repair and car hire. The car was now fully repaired and they also provided me with a courtesy car. The whole experience was really disappointing!

Helpfull call staff who were easy to talk to. Explained process well, never having needed to make a claim in 40 years it seemed daunting but was reassured by information provided by call handler and by the thorough followup email confirmations. Only issue was my end, trying to upload dashcam footage.
