Incorrect details on my policy resulting in 6 weeks without my vehicle. Constant phone calls and still not rectified. Courtesy car provided was not suitable for my commute and left me out of pocket. Awaiting a phone call to discuss further. Satisfactory repairs

My one star relates to online process of making a claim, the endless photos to upload from every specific angle and this after having spent time going thru the details of the accident on the phone after a long wait to eventually speak to a person who went thru the details before transferring me to go thru the same details with someone else. Definitely not user friendly and if your not tech savvy it will be arduous. That said the staff on the phone are are great (DH8 & AC3) could not have been more helpful no issues with the people at all just the system. Worth considering before you insure as for me hell will freeze over before I subject myself to this process again. One call it is not!!
