Omg from start to finish it took 2 hrs as was not our fault you couldn’t have asked for a better handler he was amazing everything was sorted and emails have also started to come through thank you so much for all your help

EC2 was amazing and systematically dealt with my queries and questions on a difficult case as my car had been written off in the first instance only to be later evaluated by enginners as repairable by the engineers after they saw the damage and corrected the mistake. I had been told to send off the log book to DVLA etc and expected a payout. A couple of weeks later the engineers looked at the photos I'd sent and said the car could be repaired. They had to find my car and then get it repaired. EC2 (she) was great, polite, effecient, responsive and supportive through a difficult process -5 stars. Communication between the engineers and the rest of the process seems poor and the cause of problems, wasting time and money -1 star. I have another week or more to wait for the repair. She acknowledged it had been a bumpy ride and said sorry. Which meant a lot.
