I have never had to make a claim for a car accident so was apprehensive when I made the call. The person who dealt with my call was very understanding and put me at ease immediately. He explained the process and clarified the points I was unsure about. He ensured that I was clear in my understanding if the procedures. I am happy for One Call to deal with my claim on my behalf. My agents reference is RT4. I did say I would give him 10 out of 5 if it were possible.

TG2 was really helpful and they quickly arranged for my car to go into the garage to be repaired or assessed for write off and I was happy with the courtesy car that they are providing. I had to pay my £250 excess prior to booking it in for repairs.

Very good service and the operator AC3 was extremely helpful with returning my car.The one downside is the courtesy car it was not like for like.

Customer service was excellent from both call handlers NZ1 & TB2. Both very helpful and thorough. Very clear speaking and all given instructions. Also on a personal note asking if I was ok etc

TW6 today was friendly, helpful and efficient and explained how the process following my car being written off works as regards car tax, SORN and ownership transfer. He sent me a link very quickly and I was able to do all the necessary admin very easily.

Your customer service advisor Toni (TW3) was amazing. She was so supportive. I was transferred to the next stage. When the rep took the call he couldn’t hear me. So I had to call again. It might be easier for him to call me back as he had my details. I was on hold for a while.
