The service is good. The person dealing with my claim was excellent. However the time frame of 72 hours wasn't feasible for me since I need transport within 24 hours to get to and from work. I would use the service again if I was in an emergency situation but could wait 72 hours.

Never use any insurance company that use One Call Garage/OC MOTORS. Yoga Insurance DO! Read the reviews on Google. They took my car to Exeter kept it there a week, then took it to Swansea One Call garage. I live in West Somerset. They kept my car for 4.5 weeks with terrible communication. Other people reported their car coming back with additional damage. This has happened to mine! The very small area of damage done to mine in a hit and run was repaired but my car had a dent just above it that was not there when they took it and luckily I had photographed it before they took it. I am so upset as my car is new. Also the car is not running properly and another review mentioned their gear box was removed and replaced with an inferior one. Another mentioned their car being damaged in transit. I have made formal complaints to Yoga Insurance and I have asked the One Call garage in Swansea to repair the dent by mobile unit as they are not taking my car to that garage again. I will be updating this review when they reply. I will not let this rest. Disgusting!!! The company has now tried to say I have reviewed the wrong company. I have not! One call garage Swansea used by all insurance companies that use One Call in the South West. Martin Jones Manager at Swansea One Call garage, you should be ashamed. I have now discovered that in addition to the dent that has happened above the area you worked on, that door will not open from the outside making it extremely dangerous. The call operatives may be helpful, it’s the work done at the One Call Garage at Swansea. You are not getting away with this. I have submitted a formal complaint to Yoga Insurance along with all the photos I took before you took my car proving you have caused the dent and dangerous, faulty door. Do not let you car go into this Swansea One Call garage and if you do, take photos and inspect it thoroughly when it is returned. He still hasn’t replied to my emails after 5 days. It is impossible to make a complaint or get anyone to sort things out.
