CB3 was ok just the whole process is very confusing due to multiple parties unsure who to speak to and not do things wrong - eg car hire. Need to make process easier to understand

MF1 was very helpful in dealing with my non fault total loss claim. She pointed out that if the payment figure hadn't been settled within a 14 day period (date included) their solicitors would be instructed to retrieve the funds. This put my mind at ease..
