Once I was on the right portal (not the insurance company but the claims company) it was straight forward to get the answers i was after. Not sure why the insurance company has the update information on my claim but cannot answer any questions on the same claim. From a customer perspective it would make sense to have the chat function and updates all on the same portal but the chat function is good.

Getting to talk to an actual person is ridiculously hard. Kept telling me to go to Live chat, but that was asking me for information i haven't been given yet, 72 hrs after my accident. So not impressed
