This particular agent Marc has promised to sort this ,so let's see because in the last month or so I've been pushed from pilar to post , and yet nothing , the accident was completely not my fault and I feel like I've just been left alone for far too long , Marc I hope is gonna sort this

Good customers chat today, however, I am disappointed with the hire car company as I've been sat in for the last 2 and a 1 hours as my delivery should have been at 10 AM. And now at almost 12:30, it still hasn't arrived and have no correspondence with the hire company expressing reasons for the delay. I am sure whether to continue sitting in or carry on with my daily routine as I do not want to miss the delivery.However I have things to do

The claims process is not geared to helping and supporting you through but finding ways to either minimise the payout or do nothing at all. We had a 'no fault" incident and have been left to try to get money from the 3rd party, not what I thought our premiums were for.
