It’s early days but now I have given all details One call Insurance asked my to call the underwriters if I got cut off on our call which did happen so I had already spent 20 mins on a call to then spend another 20 mins to the underwriters only to go o er the exact conversation I had just had with Ine call. I couldn’t understand why they don’t just get I touch with the underwriters themselves. Anyway it’s all n their hands now & I am assured the stress has been taken out of my hands , I sure hope so.

The call I had today was reassuring and the assistant I spoke to clear and polite. He is arranging to call me when they have a loan car free when I back from a break away. CB3 was his code.
