Absolutely abhorrent service! 2 hours to be connected to the correct department. Telephone operatives could not be more uninterested & despondent if they tried.The recovery provided on the insurance policy is not fit for purpose. If I had used the recovery on my policy it would have cost me £460 in taxi & train fairs & taken 8 hours to arrive home. I would have then been without a vehicle for a week, but I could have claimed £100 back? I will be cancelling my policy at the first opportunity. No contact from One Call since the original phone call.

The agent SM1 was very helpful and cut through what had been confusing interactions with the company; the problem was that several emails and text messages were sent to me asking for information about my claim, resulting in 2 claims being registered. She quickly sorted it with no fuss and move me on immediately to book the repair in the near future
