Danielle took our call (DT3) and was exceptionally helpful and thorough. I was dreading this call due to a past experience with an insurance provider, which had been awful, but this really was above and beyond, Listening well, taking clear information correctly, recording it correctly and organising car hire arrangements for or needs immediately. Our vehicle was booked in quickly for assessment of the damage. When the accident is not your fault, you really appreciate this kind of attention to detail - often the worst part is organising everything that comes next, correcting errors, and that has been seemless thanks to Danielle's efforts.

I had to report an accident. Bradley was sympathetic and professional. He kept me informed through the call as to what he would need and why. It made a difficult call much easier with his help and guidance

I explained that it was not a good time for me to make payment of the excess as I had no way of going online to pay at that particular time, so I did not appreciate being pushed to pay at that time. I explained it would have to wait until I got home. I was then told I had to call to confirm I had made the payment, surely you can see when the payment has been made. I also found the process of reading out the t&cs over the phone ridiculous, they were read out at a rate of knots, there was no way I could have possibly taken in everything that was read out, i then was told that the t&cs would be sent via email, so there was no point in them being read out. I appreciate you do need to inform people of the terms around having a hire car but I do not feel it is a productive way of doing it. All in all this was not a good experience.
