Prompt service to start with, car recovered by recovery company and everyone very helpful. From then on, unless I phoned One Call, no one kept me advised of progress. Very frustrating. It took a week to get a courtesy car. The car was not looked at for 2 weeks! It took 4 weeks for the car to finally be returned. All they did was replace four tyres. The staff were always courteous and helpful but the left hand and right hand have no idea what is happening. It needs a more joined up approach to the company and the customer needs to be informed more of what is happening. Meanwhile, the legal side of the case is ongoing. I was left with no option but to get off the road otherwise a collision was going to happen. Dashcam identified the culprit but the legal team suggest that as there was no contact between the two cars they think it unlikely they will be able to recover financially. A defeatist and can't be bothered to argue attitude.

Was unable to log onto the portal so called and spoke to Joe (JW1) initially, who took relevant details and passed me over to the correct claims depth. Joe was very friendly and polite. Thank you for your patience Joe- much appreciated.
