The insurance price was good, the information easy to fill in and easy to pay .
BUT once payed we had to wait for an email before we could access our insurance account, we were not insured until then. Your money has been taken now your stuck in Limbo.
The email only came through mid morning on the Monday. This meant we had a car in our ownership on the local street, that was taxed and mot'd but no insurance and though we needed to drive it we couldn't .
I think all vehicle insurance companies should be very clear if they are closed over the weekend and therefore will not deal with any insurance renewals or change of vehicle details or new insurance until the Monday . This was not made clear anywhere, otherwise I would have used a different company to be insured so I could use the vehicle on the Sunday.
There was noway to contact them and the phone line was closed unless you were making an accident claim. It was a kind of tough wait 'til Monday attitude.”

“I'm very pleased that I've transferred to One Protect for my Car Insurance. It was extremely easy to do this on line, but I was a bit confused about activating the 'portal'. I thought that I had to go through another process to action this, and I did spend quite a bit of time getting clarification. If they had just said that the 'portal' would be actioned as soon as I confirmed my email address, it would have saved time. Other than that it was a very easy process.”
