“I tried to make a change to my policy via the online portal but it didn't work. I ended up in a live chat with KL6 and we went around in circles for a while trying to get the portal to work. Eventually, KL6 made the changes for me.
I waited nearly half an hour to get a live agent and then spent nearly an hour and a half in a chat! Not really KL6's fault, but the questions I was asked to make a simple change were quite ridiculous; however, KL6 was very helpful and we got it done!”
