“CLAIMING ON SECTION 75 AS NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY
Ordered my item 'Palma Lounge Set' because of an offer in 'Woman and Home'. Came just over 3 weeks after ordering it. The box my table arrived in appears to have been re-opened and then taped back up again. On the outside of the box someone had written glass damaged. Contacted OutandOut reported damage on the day of delivery 24th July, 2020, it states I should get a response within 48 hours. I have heard nothing. Unable to get through and speak to someone, sent numerous emails, sent two recorded delivery letters to the CEO Daniel Fairburn, I was being reasonable by giving them 3 weeks to replace glass. No response. I have no alternative than to claim on section 75 on my credit card. Appalling customer service, would not recommend.”

The phones are also ringing abroad and never answered!
CR Transport who supposedly have my order will NOT give a delivery date they just say will talk to planners etc
Now possibly next week if we are in your area surely a transport company is a delivery service no matter when....
AVOID AT ALL COSTS they have addresses in Leeds and London are associated with Holland absolute con artists have a look on companies house at them.

“Not impressed... they don’t answer emails which is very frustrating. The product I have is very poor quality and after a few weeks even with us looking after and covering daily the seat is faded and torn on stitching. Quite likely a simple manufacturing error they could easily correct and make me a happy customer again. But for that they need to answer the phone or reply to emails.... which they simply do not. As it stands I have paid £600 for garden furniture which has lasted no more than 3 months with very little use.”

“Delivery of garden furniture on Monday happy with the product, we paid £66.00 to have it assembled, the 2 delivery men clearly had no idea what they were doing of the 6 chairs 3 are assembled correctly 2 chairs front and back legs in the wrong position and the 3rd chair had one leg completely off the ground where they have not known how to assemble them correctly. If you offer this service make sure they have training have tried ringing was told some one would contact me but still waiting.
