A week later I was given a delivery date. Two days later I was told there was a distribution error and that they could not now provide a delivery date, I would have to wait a further two weeks.
Three weeks later, I have emailed them and can’t get a response.
Their customer service is non existent, I have to wait, they have my money, but I wouldn’t ever order from them again.”

Countless messages and emails remain unanswered. The one time I got through to a person, with absolutely no people skills, I was advised that the emails were wrong and it wasn't her fault and I just had to keep waiting. Following an advert in the Times I ordered garden furniture (31 May 2020) and to date (23 July 2020) nothing except a couple of automated emails telling me my order is with the courier but of course when I contact the courier they say they haven't got anything .
