“This company is terrible with non existent customer service.
I have placed 2 orders. The first is now 2 weeks late, with no word from Outandout or their courier.
The second arrived incorrect. - the cushions were the wrong colour, a good effort seeing as they were only available in 1 colour!!
You cannot get an answer on the phone & there is a minimum 5 working day wait for an email response, from my experience the response is “leave it with us” then nothing for weeks.
I currently have a massive box of incorrect furniture in my dining room and no garden furniture to sit on.
In 20 odd years of non stop internet shopping this is the worst experience I have had to suffer.
I would say avoid Outandout at all costs. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere”

Easy to buy and take your money....You will NEVER get through on the phones if you need any after sales or need to cancel your order. Avoid at all costs. Order my product, cancelled my order..(or so I thought)Have now rung EVERY day for the past 6 weeks.. Spoken to 3 girls in the sales team (funny that.. sales take your call) No one has ever called me back, I received automated emails closing my support questions.

“I am Not happy. I ordered two sun loungers. One has arrived without any bolt fixings. I have filled in the on line claim form, received an automated reply but no resolution. I have sent several emails and left messages but no response from out and out.”

I cannot stress this enough, if I could put a negative score I would. The service I have received from this company is absolutely shocking and disgusting.
I ordered the miami garden lounge set at the end of March on a 5 week pre order, it is now June and I have had no contact from them whatsoever. I've tried calling hundreds of times for an update, no one answers and it goes to a full mailbox. I've sent numerous emails with no response, also sent messages through the website. Facebook and instagram messages all ignored, Twitter link no longer works, probably removed because the bad reviews were trending.
If you call the sales line you can speak to someone who will happily take a new order, however they can't give you an update on an existing order because apparently 'the information is not available on their system'. However if you keep asking and dont take no for an answer funnily enough though they can find your order on the system ...but they can't give you an update, just a delivery estimate, which is of no use because the truth is they don't have a clue. They also seem well versed in what to say, they obviously receive hundreds of these calls each day.
I have spent nearly £1000 on this set for this summer and I have no way of cancelling it. This is a lot of money to me and I've saved for a long time, after a lot of consideration I decided to buy from @outandout as they looked reputable, now I dont think I will be able to get a refund through them, let alone buy anything else in time for this summer. I'm going to have to go through the credit card company to make a claim, god knows what I would have done if I'd paid on debit card or via PayPal.
I have read similar reviews against posts on facebook and Instagram, it appears there is one lady called Ellie who is the customer care manager, but who she is managing I dont know, as she seems to be the only person anyone has ever spoken to! I was given the courrier contact details (CR Transport) by the sales lady, and on a whim I called it and asked to speak to Ellie, to my suprise I was told she was there but 'on her mobile' so couldnt speak to me, this makes me think there is no customer services department but more of a go between for out and out and CR transport. This company is definitely not as legitimate as the website suggests. It appears that all of the furniture is imported so the lead times are rediculous. Thinking back I should have known something was not right when I received an email at the time of purchasing which came from 'April Winter'!
I've read previous reviews which are good, well please ignore these. I think when everything is running smoothly people have had a good experience, however any delays or problems and this company can't cope. I've been patient and understanding of the current circumstances but after 2 months and when I was unable to actually speak to anyone regarding my order I started to panic that the company had gone bust, I'd been fleeced, they weren't real etc everything runs through your mind when you've spent that kind of money.... then I started getting adverts pop up on my phone, the company are still trying to sell items that they can't deliver! It's a joke.
I never normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to as I am so upset and disappointed, I decided to take the time to warn others. If you don't believe me check out the comments on social media, hundreds of people are in the same boat. Some people have been waiting 2+ months and then found out their order has been cancelled with no explanation. I genuinly don't know how this company is able to operate in this way. I will be reporting them to trading standards and the relevant obusudman in due course.
Im beyond disappointed and angry, please do your research on this company before considering buying anything.”

However the quality of the service is appalling, no replies to numerous emails and phone calls made. I spent my entire months wages on a treat for eth family to have somewhere to sit outside and now we are left with nothing.”
“I'm really disappointed to write a negative review but unfortunately it is a reflection of my honest experience.
I placed an order for a lovely table and chairs set. It arrived quite timely and delivery was no problem. I put the table together, no problem. The furniture quality is great, I was really happy.
Unfortunately I then realised there was a part missing, a rubber foot from the table (quite a key part as it's now wobbly). Easy mistake to make, no big deal.
Since then it's been awful. I started off trying to call them. I have made over 20 phone calls and no answer: understandable I thought with everything going on and people working from home. I then had a web chat with someone. 'Great' I thought, a human. Explained my problem and he assured me it would be rectified. Ten days later I get a replicant foot, but it's for a chair and not a table, so doesn't fit. A little annoying considering I sent photos of the leg with the missing foot etc to make it fool proof, but again, I gave the benefit of the doubt with everything going on.
Since then I have been emailing and messaging on Facebook and instagram. No one is replying to me, it's been three weeks now and quite frankly it feels like I'm being ignored. Even if someone said 'sorry, we're incredibly busy and short staffed at the moment, but the replacement will be sent at some point' (it doesn't have to be right now) I would be satisfied. It's the fact that I know my correspondence have been read and received and I'm just being ignored. I have spent a lot of money at this company and am really regretting it now.
Awful post sales service in my opinion. I'm happy to be corrected and put this down as honest mistakes, but it certainly doesn't feel like this currently.”
“Purchased furniture through a cashback site. They declined the cashback of over £40 providing no reason what so ever. Deceitful business practice and accordingly can not recommend.”
