Searched loads of sites Pebble Grey did the best deals and good reviews. Customer service best too on return of first delivery due to small chip on mirror. Talked through process and pick up and drop off of new one within 3 days. Everyone loves the look. Thank you Pebble Grey”

“The Sofia bathroom cabinet arrived with the side panel glass shattered. Immediately took several photos of the cabinet and logged them into their returns centre. Pebble Grey dealt with a refund the same day. Very efficient.”
“Excellent mirror. Only comment I would make concerns the method of attachment to the wall. Four location points require to be very accurately marked out. The mirror is not particularly heavy, and the two top points are all that are required. This would make it a more attractive proposition for the average DIYer. They probably only use the top attachment points anyway. Further to the above, it would be good if you could check your instructions. At the moment they recommend drilling an 8 mm hole to take your supplied rawlplugs. Many people will be fitting this mirror into a plasterboard wall. As the mirror has a 230 volt electric supply I used my own expanding steel rawlplugs to support the mirror. Maybe a little over the top, but attached to a plasterboard wall, and unable to fit a noggin I thought this the safest method. Thank you.”
“This is our 2nd purchase from Pebble Grey, we upgraded from just an LED mirror to a cabinet. Lovely item but it was cracked on the side when we unboxed it. The returns procedure isn't straight forward but we managed to fathom it out, and the instructions thereon were abit sketchy but then hey ho, we received confirmation that a replacement item had been dispatched. We received it the following day all in great condition. Great products and for us excellent customer service.”
“I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I have had 4 broken mirrors, rejects are not making it back to Pebble Grey. Customer services have been awful to deal with. I am being told contradicting information, things not happening that have been promised; the insincere apologies and the complete lack of understanding about why I might be a little irritated when dealing with them. I have been told the mirrors are shipped to them in a large container, but they are far too busy to check an individual orders, despite an ongoing issue; and there is no way it could be damaged when leaving that it would absolutely be the courier braking them... a container full of mirrors sounds like it has potential to have damaged stock so a bit of a contradiction. Customer service stated there is no management within Pebble Grey who I could escalate a complaint to. There is a supervisor who is unavailable and absolutely no one higher within the company would tell me anything different... a sincere apology, someone to check a mirror before despatching and ensuring that the correct courier company used, liaise with the current company to get back rejected orders doesn't feel like a lot to me. There is a lack of understanding from Customer Service about communicating with disabled people and how peoples styles can differ instead I was shouted an apology which apparently should have been good enough, gaslighted and made to feel like a liar is apparently the best customer service you can expect. Like I said, if you value your time, money and blood pressure, do not order from here.”

“The website was easy to navigate and great information about the mirror, including installation, measurements etc, which allowed for planning where it was going before ordering and installing. The mirror installed easily, (thanks to the above) and I am very pleased, it all works as expected. The only negative is one of the fixing screw heads sheared off when tightening. Would recommend Pebble Grey and would definitely use them again.”
