“Having a new bathroom fitted and was attracted by the deals & pricing of Pebble Grey mirrored LED cabinets ordered and delivery time was rapid. Mortified upon opening the (very well packaged)box to see the mirror had been cracked in transit. I contacted customer services and Kelly was prompt, efficient and immediately emailed a claim form. I’d already ordered a replacement from same company who fortunately still had it priced the same and available as couldn’t delay the electrician any more than I had to. Once Customer Service had seen the photo of the crack they immediately issued a refund. Will not hesitate to go back to them when the en-suite is done in the spring. “Mirror is brilliant quality. We needed it to arrive quickly and chose Pebble Grey for their next day delivery. We live on a Scottish island so delivery usually takes longer and many companies charge extra. There was no extra charge and Parcelforce took the usual extra couple of days but we expected that. So pleased with the overall quality for the low price we paid.”
“Order placed for mirror and arrived in very good time. Very well packaged which was a good to see. Instructions were clear and it was easy enough to fix to the wall. As I was going into a stud wall I used different raw plugs but it’s not to heavy so I don’t see any issues there. Just waiting for Electrian to wire it up. However even without the light on it’s really transformed the bathroom, very happy”
