“Made an order with 3 items recived a call the next day to let me know that one of the items wasn’t available that I had ordered and was offered a refund and asked if possible to substituted just something similar as it was just a steel flea comb and had seen multiple different ones while I was ordering the night before to be told they had none available at all even with all the different ones listed and had a plastic one substituted think it was more the fact that any substations they would’ve had costed more than the one I got ? Just think it makes no sense to have all the items on the website if they have none available delivery was quick and no other issues the girl on the phone was lovely”

“Eva took the time to text us informing that one item was not in stock offered apologies for the delay and promised immediate delivery of the rest of the items. She texted us again at the end of the week again offering apologies for late delivery and offering an alternative feeder. This was delivered today. What great service! Well done. 10 out of 10.@”

“I have being ordering cat food from pet world a couple times and it has saved me alot now. 3 packs of 12 does them Instead of 2packs of 6 from local shops. Definitely recommend haven ur pet looked after by Petworld great value great service Bank holidays or bad weather one or two days late but there is someone there to take a email”
