“No communication riot to attending. External back door left open and keys put through the neighbours letterbox, without informing him he had finished. Internal doors left closed, causing issues with the cats that remained in the house. General manager’s email in response was lacking in empathy and took the surveyor at his word. Glad it wasn’t me paying for the survey.”

“Pinnacle surveyors completed our Level 2 Home Buyers survey for our first house. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth from booking the appointment and receiving the call to query anything on the report given to us. Scott Love completed our survey and the detail he went into was very useful. We could also talk through the notices on the report over the phone which we were very happy with and were assured about the measures we have already taken. Highly recommend!”

“The survey was carried out within about a week of making the booking. The report seemed straightforward and the surveyor phoned a couple of weeks later to check whether I had any queries.”
