“I was very impressed with Pinnacle. The survey was booked in quickly and I received my comprehensive report a couple of days sooner than their estimated timeframe. The price of the survey was competitive. The surveyor phoned me a few days later to discuss the results with me. Thanks to his expertise, I decided not to proceed with the house purchase based on what he found. He undoubtedly saved me a lot of expense and disruption. Many thanks.”

“Some initial mix-up with communication due to the referral to Pinnacle not Pinnacle themselves. Once contacted the communication was very good, clear and concise. The survey went ahead as scheduled and the report was received quickly and was clear and comprehensive. The followup call was very useful and it was nice to speak to the actual surveyor. Overall a very good service.”

“Good swift service very happy with the report. After receiving the report the surveyor did keep calling me while I was at work and leaving messages but didn’t leave a number to call them back. There were no issues to discuss.”

“A very thorough report and it was great to also be able to chat with the person who actually carried out the survey. We could discuss the results and answer any questions that came up. I would definitely recommend their services and the price was really reasonable too. Overall I was delighted with the service.”
