“Professional service and easy to deal with from start to finish. Colin, who did our survey, was very knowledgeable and helpful after the report was completed and happy to answer any questions, in depth. Appreciated his time and calling me at a time to suite me, outside of the 9 - 5. Would recommend! Thank you”

“Paul is a professional Surveyor. He did the evaluation for our house for HTB redemption. He suggested a fair price and report a nice explanation for proposed price. I would definitely recommend him.”

“Survey was arranged very quickly and we had no trouble with communication. When the survey was done we didn’t get a report back for 1 week, this didn’t make much of a difference to our house purchase but we did had to ring twice to get our survey back.”

“When the Lady arrived at the property she had a key but on opening the door realised we were in. She shuy the door and hammered on it as if there was no tomorrow. We had had several occupants of other flats knocking on the door so initially we ignored her. But her persistence paid off and we let her in. She was quite pleasant saying sorry she did not expect us to be there. The quote she gave seemed to be a bit on the low side. We vannot see what relevance the following questions have to do with this survey?”
