“I would never use them again . They cashed the money lighting fast first thing Appointment booked between 11.35 and 13.05 next day The surveyor showed my door 13.06 that is REALLY DISRESPECTFUL, didn't had a call a day before appointment instead I have called them because nobody bothered to call , the person on the other end seemed to be really bothered didn't had a clue about appointment Never again disappointed”

Having spoken to the staff members involved we would like to apologise that you were not properly made aware of the time that you would receive a text message the day before, and also that you were not informed that the time stated in the text message would be an estimated arrival time rather than a definitive appointment time. We apologise that the surveyor was a few minutes late, and have since reminded all our staff that they should be contacting the office if they are running late so that we can make their appointments aware. “Pinnacle offered fantastic service for our recent Level 2 Help to Buy repayment survey. The customer service team were very friendly & accommodating. We had a surveyor visit within a week of first contact & received a one hour visit time slot the night before. Our surveyor visited at 9.30am and we received the completed report the same day. Thank you Pinnacle we wouldn’t hesitate to use your services again & have already recommended you to others.”

“Pinnacle surveyors have been great. They were very through on my homebuyers survey covering all aspects of the property even picking out areas of interest and things to look out for that I wouldn’t have even thought of. Their report was extensive, thorough and easy to understand followed by a phone call afterward to go through any questions I had about the report. Overall very happy with the service they provided. Definitely would recommend.”

“Appointed at short notice following illness of a surveyor at originally appointed supplier. Passed on my last-minute email requests to the surveyor so they could investigate on the day of the survey and these were answered by email not long after the survey. Survey report was returned by email within a few days of the survey along with a courtesey call from the surveyor, explaining when they would be available to discuss any queries about the content. Report was well written and helped to describe any potential issues and the likely impact of them. Had a thorough and helpful discussion with the surveyor a week later to clarify a few points and suggest solutions. The surveyor was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Thank you.”

“We recently had a RICCs valuation to assist us in staircasing a shared ownership property. Our surveyor was on time and soon got about his work. The survey was carried out in the morning and the report was sent mid afternoon.”
