“She helped me purchase a new phone (my son lost his a few weeks after getting it) and transferring the pinwheel subscription over to the new phone. I thought we would have to purchase everything new, she saved us money on the subscription and took care of everything. Thank you Pau P!”

“Love your phone. Happy that you are getting better phones. I just wish I could replace my child's phone online. The only way to purchase online charges you for the subscription, but there should be an option "I already have my subscription" so that you don't have to get new phones through the chat.”

“Pinwheel has been a great way to start our children on a healthy foundation using a smartphone. Providing guardrails to teach them how to be a smart user is important, and Pinwheel has provided that. Any issue I have encountered with the phones has been quickly resolved through a live chat with no wait times to begin the troubleshooting. Additionally, when we needed a specific app to pair with a new hearing aid, it was reviewed and added to the app store within a few weeks. I'm so thankful that Pinwheel allows our family to keep in touch and allows our children to utilize the productivity of a smartphone without the dangers of limitless access. Thanks, Pinwheel!”

“I like that Pinwheel allows my kids to have a way to communicate with me, set alarms, and organize themselves with Notepad, etc., without access to the internet or spam calls. I just added my third child to the plan. I recommend Pinwheel to other parents who are still looking to closely monitor their kids’ phone use.”
