“We're really happy with this phone for our daughter, now 13. She's able to contact friends, take pictures, play (appropriate) games, and also have limits. It's a great option for tweens.”

“Short and sweet. I requested an app that my son’s soccer club uses. It took about 3 days (over holidays) to get approved. I downloaded it, however it wasn’t showing on my son’s phone. It was real simple to report the problem by text, I had a response in about 1 minute, and a total fix in less than 5 minutes. We are first time users, with my 13yr old son receiving his for Christmas. Every single interaction has been top rate, easy, and professional. This company truely executes everything they market. 5 stars. Highly recommended!”

“Pinwheel has added great peace of mind as it relates to our child's access to a phone and communicating with his peers. While it didn't have as much flexibility with applications as we would have preferred, we do understand the governance included and why certain apps could not be approved. The support team has been extremely helpful throughout our time with pinwheel services.”

“Todd just gave me TOP NOTCH customer service. MANAGEMENT MATERIAL with knowledgeable and . I was so happy that he was the Pinwheel employee who assisted me. I am a cancer survivor of almost 8 years. I was 30 at diagnosis therefore took Chemo (poison) every 28 days for 6 solid years. Though my memory, disjointed sentences, repeated questioning, and me constantly talking over him while he was assisting me, Tod met directly with not only patience, but kindness and evenly tone speech. 5atars.”
