“Love these phones. They allow my kids to do the things they need to do but they aren’t tempted to be attached to them all the time. I have used customer service for technical issues a few times and they were very helpful and fixed the issues.”

“My child's phone lost all the apps and within a short amount of time the customer service chat helped me get everything fixed. They also answered all questions I had while we figured out the app issue. Rizza was amazing!”

“We gave our daughter a Pinwheel phone and were very pleased with the lessons provided for self-control, 'fitting-in', limitations, distractions and scheduling. It of course came with displeasure but also gratefulness as she matured and realized the value we were trying to teach her. We are very grateful for this option to have a way to get in touch with our daughter while away, yet give her a chance to grow with a phone.”
