“Service good, until it came to local delivery . 1st note Friday 1730 to 1900. No delivery apologies from carrier . Promised 1700 to 1900. Arrived 1802. Suggest you get a new local service.”

“It was difficult to get the ink cartridges I . I kept being told they were not in properly and had to take them out several times before they would work.”

“Very prompt and efficient service but sorry I can not get makers high quality cassettes any more. I have not used the substitute ink in photos long enough to verify its colour fastness as I could with Epson’s own.”

“It would have been a help if I was told the inks were out of stock when I made the order. Once they were posted to me ( after 10 days ) they arrived the next day.”

“Hi, Printerinks were very good with confirming the order and getting it to the delivery people. However, the delivery took until mid saturday afternoon, six days after ordering! They sent several emails about the delivery which just said "at the depot" or at "our hub" not mentioning where they were. Thus they could be in north Scotland and indicated nothing! As said Printerinks very good - delivery people need to get their act together and be more precise!”

“I have not had a problem with PrinterInks in the past, but my pevious purhase for an Epson 55 printer had a problem with the non Epsom catriges. One from G&G fitted properly, but when I came to replace the light magenter, it just would not 'click' in. I mucked up the cartridge, luckily not the pinter, and bought (buy two get third free) a replaement. This time the cartridge was one that resembled the original Epson cartridge, and everything worked well. Will have to wait and see if the remaining G&G carteidges fit. That is why 4 stars and not 5. I did not have to contact the company, so the communication part is left blank.”

“I am happy with the inks but Evri is an awful carrier. I was at home for the time of expected delivery but they never came to my door where they could have left it if I was not at home. Instead they left it in a random corridor and a neighbour in an upstairs flat found it and delivered it to me in my ground floor flat!!!! Maureen Jones”
