“I placed my order two days in advance for delivery to my sister in honor of her 89th birthday. The flowers were delivered at close to 7pm on her birthday. The sound of the broken vase in the box was enough to have the driver take the box - unopened due to worry of injury from broken shards - and give receipt for returned package. To date I have not had any notification of an apology or a credit for $100 + flowers. Very upsetting”

“The delivery service left the arrangement on the sidewalk, near the street, not the house. No apparent attempt to deliver directly to residence so it sat outside, under plastic, for an unknown amount of time. Once recipient became aware, she called florist who was apologetic but didn’t offer to replace or waive delivery fee. Will not be using ProFlowers in the future.”
“I was ready to give 5 stars after the team went above & beyond to correct a delivery problem.caused by a bad address. Unfortunately the flowers that were ultimately delivered were subpar in design & not at all matching what I ordered or the $70+ that I paid. It made me look cheap.
I understand the bouquet I originally ordered was not available at the corrected location and that the original forest was due compensation for their delivery attempts to to the wrong address. I would have rathered a partial refund than the delivered bouquet. At least then I could have selected my own alternative and not the last minute thrown together attempt. I have attached photos one is the bright bouquet I ordered. The other is the dismal & dank substitution.
I was very impressed with the customer service to get the flowers to the correct address. However, I am very disappointed in the end result.”

“Flowers were damaged upon arrival. Stems could barely hold the flower up, petals were wilted. Contacted proflowers for assistance. While they did offer to replace the arrangement I saw no purpose in doing so since my event had already passed. I asked for a refund and all I got was the shipping amount refunded. The Flowers were nowhere near worth the $120 I spent on them. If proflowers won't stand behind their products then I will seek another florist for future purchases.”
