“For the past 6 months I have been looking for the perfect ring. I roughly knew the color clarity and cart I was looking for, but every ring I seen on the high street was massively over budget. Until I stumbled across the quality diamonds website. I must admit to was a little apprehensive ordering a ring on the internet but when I designed a ring similar to the many high street quotes I had I could not believe their prices. I though surely there must be a catch. So I started reading the many reviews about quality diamonds and thought this many people can't be wrong. After several nights of comparing the vast selection of stones available on the qualitydiamonds site I decided to take the plunge and order one. When it arrived and I opened the the beautiful presentation box I could not have been happier. The ring is beautiful, much better colour and clarity than the ones I had been looking at and up to 35% cheaper too. I checked the Gia reference number against the Gia website needless to say the stone is legitimate. The whole experience has been fantastic, from the updates while the ring was being made to the presentation when it arrived. Hopefully my girlfriend will be as impressed as I am. For all you guys looking for a ring. Go to any decent jewellers and find a ring you like. Ask then to write down the color clarity cut and carat then go home and look for a similar or better stone on quality diamonds. You won't be disappointed!”

“Helpful courteous service that displayed a conscientious and responsible approach to the sale. Delivery was quicker than originally stated by a week and half. When the ring arrived it was delivered in a quality packaging and box. I am impressed with quality of the ring and the service overall. I would recommend quality diamonds to anyone I would question why anyone would pay high street prices when you can purchase a tailor made ring to your specific requirements for less. Shame on you if bypass quality diamonds and opt for high priced high street shops.”

“From the first chat on the internet, to the pick up of the amazing ring, it was all flawless. (including my new diamond lol) We are definitely going back for our wedding rings and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Linn and Quality Diamonds. “I was a little reserved at buying online, but the website was nicely set out and they have a great selection of diamonds and settings to choose from. Once I had ordered the ring, the staff were very helpful and arranged a date to send the ring so I was in the house. I am extremely happy with the diamond and ring, and so is my now fiancé! I would not have any reservation ordering here again.”

“As much as I'd done my research before buying an engagement ring, the level of support offered when choosing the diamond was superb. Linn in the office was extremely patient and explained what each rating on the certificate meant to the actual diamond. There was no pressure whatsoever to buy, which was a huge relief. When I got the size of the ring completely wrong it was fixed free and with very little fuss - they even sent it back to the factory as they weren't happy with the job done, so I was pleasantly surprised at the level of aftercare offered. My fiancee is delighted with the ring, and for a first-time diamond buyer I'd recommend Quality Diamonds.”

“Overall we are delighted with the service we have received from Quality Diamonds. We have now purchased both the engagement and wedding rings from QD. The office in Milton Keynes made it really simple to go in and try the rings, sizes, shapes etc. Always received a professional and courteous service and delivery of goods always on time. “When I first started researching engagment rings I was overwhelmed by the different options and places and didn't know where to start. I was also confused about what to look for in a ring and a diamond. The Quality Diamonds website was the most useful and informative and I would definitely recommend using the ring builder service to find what you want within your budget. When I made the appointment to see similar diamonds I met Eric who was very proffesional and not pushy like some sales people can be. In fact it more like a consultation than a sales pitch, very comfortable and no pressure! Eric helped me find the best diamond for my budget, and a week or so later it was ready. Can't fault the service, price or quality. Very happy!”

“Like many men, the concept of buying a diamond engagement ring was a pretty daunting one. Having found Quality Diamond's website and then being able to navigate so easily to find something I knew she would like and tailor it to suit my price bracket, was a breath of fresh air! My initial concern of buying from a website was quickly dashed as soon as I picked up the phone and arranged an appointment to visit the store. Every step of the way I was greeted with a friendly face offering lots of help and advice and it wasn't long before I made my choice and placed the order. In 7 days, the ring was ready and my jaw dropped! I can't wait to offer the ring to my (hopefully soon to be) fiancé! Thank you all at Quality Diamonds!”

“The QD consultant never tried to upsell us or to exceed the budget and was very helpful and clear about the process. We felt that we were being guided towards the best diamond that we could afford within our stated budget. He managed to remove the anxiety and apprehension that we felt about buying a £3k diamond which was great as we knew very little about what made one stone a much better buy than another. When we looked at rings at a high st Jeweller, it was all about carat size as far as they were concerned!”
