“I really love Quality Diamonds, they don't start off with the ridiculous prices you can get in Hatton Garden so there is no need to haggle and the goods are fine - have bought a diamond engagement ring in platinum setting and two platinum wedding bands here, first on interest free credit and the wedding bands in cash. Always a pleasant experience with their staff, never had to wait long for orders. Highly recommended.”

“Eric was extremely helpful in giving me real, honest opinions on the differences with the 4 C's and the GIA ratings. This enabled me to choose from a range of beautiful diamonds inside our price range and the one Eric helped me pick exceeded both mine and my fiancé expectations. “Great value and friendly service. When they were let down by a setting supplier that would have meant the ring would not have been ready in time for our holiday they arranged for it to be hand made at no extra cost. Thanks Tobias and Paul at Quality Diamonds! Darren Green”

“We were recommended to Quality Diamonds by friends. We were impressed with the time that was taken to educate us about diamonds. Our consultant was keen to help us find what we wanted, and helped us understand exactly what that was! He explained and showed us how diamonds differ and we were able to choose a diamond that met our requirements. I am very happy with the end product and the service received.”

“I decided to buy an engagement ring from Quality Diamonds after a little research online and I was not disappointed. After choosing a stone and setting on the website (which is very quick and easy to use) I popped in to see Eric at the Hatton Garden office who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to see the stone and once I had decided to purchase the ring the turn around was very quick - the ring was ready for me to collect from the office within a few days and I am very happy with it.”

“From start to finish it was a really good experience. Found what I was looking for on the website but I wanted it pretty quickly because I was proposing within 10 days, so I contacted them via email and got a response immediately. Was assured they would not let me down and I would have the ring in time. And they didn't disappoint. Really good communication and most importantly, my new fiancée loves the ring!”

“I got a professional service from Quality Diamonds. Staff was very friendly. Their web site allows you to easily pick the right product. If you don't know how to select best product, there are very informative guides in their web site which helped me a lot. Finished product was best product I saw ever. “From start to finish the ordering process was easy. I wanted a specific matching pair of diamonds in a platinum setting. Being able to choose the characteristics online was perfect to get the 4C's balance with the right price point. Linn was very helpful and answered all my questions comprehensively and gave me confidence that my order was in good hands. My order was ready on time (1 week) and the pickup from Hatton Garden was quick and easy. Couldn't recommend highly enough, certainly beats high street for service, quality and price.”
