“So easy to deal with. Choosing a diamond is hassle-free and help is always there at the end of a phone. “I spent many many hours choosing the perfect ring for my girlfriend, and the Quality Diamonds website made this process easier with the fantastic layout. Once I received the ring through the post and opened the box for the first time I was blown away by the beauty and perfection of the diamond ring. I took the ring to Tromso in Norway and proposed under the magnificent Northern Lights. The ring could have took its place amongst the brightest stars in the incredible night sky. Perfection all round.”

“I was very happy with the whole process. The meeting to view the ring and diamonds was very easy to organise. It was very helpful to compare different diamonds and have their characteristics explained. Once chosen the ring was ready within two weeks as agreed. The finished ring is just as I expected. Hopefully my girlfriend will be as pleased with the ring as I am. I keep looking at it whenever she is out of the house.”

“The ring looks fantastic! I am very happy with it, I did a fair amount of searching around shops and wasn't that impressed with what I saw. A friend recommended Quality Diamonds and showed me the ropes. I was a bit wary of ordering online as I wouldn't see the ring beforehand. I came to trustpilot and the reviews eased my worries. You get so much more for your money than in the shops. Let's just hope she likes it now :)”

“Diamond earrings for my wife's 40th birthday. I did a lot of research online compairing internet diamond jewellers and prices, and kept coming back to this company, the system on web site to pick your diamond is easy, but do your homework first. The settings for earrings are competitively priced and I got a 50% sale price. Only complaint I thought the price for spare alpha backs was a bit expensive . The delivery was on time, and I can't fault the product, I took screen shots of diamond certificates and everything I received matched up, local Jeweller confirmed diamonds as described, so to cut a long story short, would I recommend quality diamonds, and would I use them again ?, most definitely . Great product and very friendly customer services .”

“the shop doesn't like what i expect before, it is more like a office. i was sitting at a table and listening the seller teaching me how to identify a good diamond. he was not that rush to sell his products, instead of it,he gave me the opportunity to feel by myself. it gave me a wonderful experience in my life and the ring i bought at last is fantastic. “QD were recommended by a colleague. I travelled to their Hatton Garden office for a pre booked appointment. The staff were very knowledgable and helpful. The diamond I selected had to be flown into the country but this did not delay the prompt recorded delivery. The packaging and box for the engagement ring looks really professional and is excellent quality. My fiancé and I are over the moon with the ring. I would highly recommend QD.”

“I guess I didn't really know a lot about diamonds when I started and I did everything in a rush so was glad to find a company that were reliable and who delivered a really good product. I chose QD initially as they had a great website with a nice choice of rings at competitive prices and then went to visit them at Hatton Garden. They gave me good advice without being pushy and I was delighted with the outcome as was my fiancée. I was also really happy with their after sales care.”

“This is the third time I have bought diamond jewellery from Quality Diamonds. Their website is easy to use and you can choose your own stones. I wanted a pair of earrings that they made for half the price they were in a high end jewellers. The staff are always very helpful and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended”

“My ring arrived exactly when Quality Diamonds said it would and I absolutely love it. The fact that I was able to pick the ring and diamond separately really appealed to me and I'm delighted with the result. My fiance wanted me to pick the ring myself (I think he was scared I wouldn't like his choice!) and once I found Quality Diamonds there were so many designs I liked. I was kept informed of the status of my order at every step of the way and although I was wary choosing online rather in a store, I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. We will be going back for our wedding rings.”

“When you ask friends on how and where they bought their girlfriends engagment ring, there is always a story. My story is short and can honestly say enjoyable. From my first email to Linn the whole process was easy and clear. I had chosen the ring and diamond in 20mins in our meeting and this was all done to Linn understanding what I wanted, or more to the point what she wanted! There was no hard sale at all and I actually had to get my card out to push the sale throu. The end result was a very happy girlfriend. And was she was very impressed with my diamond knowledge.
