“I knew exactly what I was looking for in a loose diamond. Found one that suited on their website and paid deposit to ship it so I could view it. Unfortunately the diamond got sold locally and they could not bring it across. Instead of leaving me stone less they searched around and found a diamond with exactly the same properties and even slightly larger and gave it at same price. Very happy and when went to view and pick it up took time to look closely at it with me and even checked GIA numbers on stone for me etc. As I said that's good customer service.”

“I bought my partner's engagement ring from QD. I bought this via email and various discussions with the sales rep. His professionalism and expertise made the purchase easy and the ring itself was stunning. It arrived in a beautiful wooden presentation box, complete with certificate and insurance valuation. The service was so good that I dropped into the Hatton Garden office and bought my wedding ring. They had a great range of rings and styles to try and after ordering, the ring arrived a few days later. Impeccable service. I 100% recommend.”

“The advisor took time to show us the various diamonds and rings within our price range. There was no pressure at all to purchase. We phoned back a few days later to make the order and we were kept informed as to how our order was progressing. We collected from the Hatton Garden office and the ring was beautifully made in a lovely box. It also came with accompanying documentation and certificates. It was also a very good price, would highly recommend and very pleased with the service.”

“Quality diamonds ordered in a diamond I had found on line and made a bespoke ring, any minor changes they made quickly and easily they also were able to meet the tight deadlines I had set. I also purchased the wedding bands from them. I Recommend them and would use them again.”

“Excellent ring and a great price. I did a lot of research and settled on QD. A little more communication wouldn't go amiss when spending thousands, and worrying about spending so much on an online shop. Great product though and she said yes!”

“I spent a few weeks looking online for the perfect ring, and it's difficult not being able to see it in person. Quality Diamonds have a great web site and helpful staff that sent a photo of the actual diamond. They also guided me to make the right choice based on what I was looking for and it turned out to be perfect. Super quick turn around time too. I can highly recommend their service and product.”

“Linn was great, really friendly and extremely helpful, I wasn't sure what I wanted my wedding ring to be so she ordered a sample for me to try, I love the one I eventually chose, Linn was extremely patient with us. So glad we went to QD and will be spreading the word about the great service you guys provide. “I bought a pair of loose diamonds, then subsequently had them made into a pair of earrings, with slightly bespoke elements to the setting. At all times my QD contact Tobias was responsive, friendly, and helpful, including doing his best to meet short timeframes (caused by my disorganisation). The advice he gave on the loose stones was considered, very useful, and much appreciated. The earrings were made, dispatched and arrived in time for Christmas, and the end result is beautiful. Only downside is that the recipient now wants more jewellery to match...”

“Very helpful knowledge and excellent customer service from QD, they talked me through everything and the turnaround from appointment to the product was excellent. I had my engagement ring within 5 days from my original appointment. I was reccommended to Quality Diamonds via my brother who has used them on numerous occasions.
