“Terrible. Part of my order never arrived, no one will get in touch with me, they keep sending me to a page that i am unable to use- very poor experience and the worst customer service. Plus they won't answer the phone.”

“Avoid this company like the plague - total scammers. I made an order months ago which did not arrive - I have been trying to get a refund for weeks now but get no response other than an automated email saying they are looking into it. Others have said the same and a cursory look online shows how many people have had similar experiences with this company.”

“Ordered a Sensory Hug Swing and a Sensory Mood Ball on 1st August (and paid 2nd August) - they never delivered the Mood Ball. Customer Service is non existent and my complaint letter has been ignored. Now they're sending overdue invoices (when they owe ME money)! Keep away from this company!”
