“Squeezy stress gripper ball burst open on a lady with Parkinsons, splattering blue fluid over her clothes, carpet, fireplace and just recently noticed spots on sofa too. I first sent message of complaint on 7th January and had to re-send the complaint today, 12th January, as have had no clear response to a resolution. I am Very unhappy with the poor quality of the ball, the mess I had to scrub up afterwards and the terrible customer service by the Sellers.”

“Sensory mirror fantastic. Was delivered a few days late but that's understandable due to the Xmas period. I emailed company as I could not get them on phone. They emailed back quickly. Happy with purchase and price.”

“I was very happy with my sensory gloves ordered in plenty of time for a gift but my sister after 8 weeks is still waiting for a sensory beanbag £40, payed for which has never arrived and all emails and communication have been ignored, extremely annoyed at this company, that they can treat someone like this, her name is Nicola Bennet if anyone at Sensory woud like to look into it, it was for her sons exmas pressy, not a very nice company at all G.Brent”

“Amazing quality products could not fault them, i would in fact happily give the full stars but had some issues with my previous purchase which have not yet been resolved but the customer service team i cannot fault at all and are working to resolve this issue”
