Very happy and the items arrived speedily. I orderec a smaller third item and although the correspondence said it would arrive with the larger items I have yet to receive it so I can’t yet comment on the quality.

After several weeks and little to none communication I still haven't received my parcel which was apparently delivered whilst I was at home. I am now at a loss of what to do and need someone to contact me to help.

Horrific experience. Ordered item on 17th June, item didn’t arrive and multiple emails ignored to the point I had to raise a dispute with my bank on 22nd July. Item was then shipped out randomly and delivered on 10th August and then this site threatened me with CCJ unless I paid again!! Bloody cheek. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE THEY ARE DODGY AS HELL.

I ordered 2 items on 19/07. On 07/08 I contacted them to say I had not received either item - one was dispatched that day and the other has yet to arrive. There is no way to call and when I email, I just receive an automated email saying to start a returns process! I wouldn't use them again.

We love our new sensory corner,a mix of soft play seating and bubble tubes really bring the area to life. Quick delivery and great pre and after sales care.

I have had the worst experience from this company. So unresponsive and unprofessional that I don't think they actually have any customer service staff on payroll. I will not be using this company for my Early Years supplies anymore.

I was slightly disappointed to find some items out of stock. However, the items I received were high quality and highly effective. This certainly compensated for the initial disappointment.

I was sent a bath toy that was not the same as the image shown on the website. In fact it was a much cheaper poor quality version. I pointed this out to seller, but there was no admitting of this or help in the process of return. I had to send the discounted version back on my own expenses.

Absolutely disgraceful poor service do not waste your time using them, took 4 weeks to receive order which was a birthday present so my nephew got this after his birthday, tried to communicate with company just same old thing was said and didn’t get anywhere
