“Delivery took too long - no update. Packing inadequate, damaged item”

“Took 6 weeks to arrive and l had to keep chasing the order. The courier then couldn't find the property and took them back to the depot having waited in all day for the eventual delivery. Many of the goods bought didn't all work eg 1 out of three glow balls and stretch tubes. After such an awful experience l couldn't be bothered to return useless items after such a long wait but have binned them and will not use Sensory Education for my inclusive nursery again.”

If you encounter any issues with the products, please report them to us through our returns portal on our website so we can assess them and provide you with a resolution,however it seems that you have thrown items away without giving us any opportunity to put this right for you. In regards to your review, we noticed that you mentioned the products were bought for a nursery setting. However, we would like to clarify that many of the low-value pocket money items you purchased have age 3 plus safety testing, as per the product safety labels. “I would never ever buy from this company again and would like to warn anyone not to buy from them I ordered two items on 10th March still waiting for one item that cost 49.99 I have asked for a refund a number of times and no responses So no item, no refund 6 weeks and counting”

“Your customer services are rubbish. I have ordered the same item twice and you delivered the wrong item twice. I cannot get a response apart from generic form which keep filling in. No telephone contact as sends you straight through to website. . After 4 months still awaiting refunds. No customer service. Sham if a company. Avoid at all cost”
