“I ordered something on the 27/01/2023 expecting 2 - 4 week delivery service. I have sent over 20 emails asking were my order is and I have demanded a refund 4 times. I haven't had my refund or my order and after waiting so long for my order and so long for my refund, my last email contained 1 swear word and they blocked my emails. I have wrote in the complaints section twice and I have heard nothing back! My mum who is very vulnerable ordered something for her autistic grandson for his birthday which has been and gone and she has no money to buy him something else which has put her in a very bad place. She feels immensely guilty and she already suffers from really bad depression. It's been nearly 3 months since she placed the order. Never order from this website! They will just take your money with nothing in return.”
