“I am very disappointed with my rental experience. I specifically booked a Mitsubishi ASX because I am familiar with the vehicle and its comfort and features. However, upon arrival, I was given a Toyota Corolla and told it falls under the same “compact SUV” category, which is simply not accurate. The Corolla is a completely different type of vehicle with a very different driving experience and interior setup. It lacked basic features I expected, such as a proper armrest, and overall comfort was far below what I had booked. If I had wanted a sedan like a Corolla, I would have booked that option myself. I understand that sometimes similar vehicles may be provided, but in that case, it should at least be a comparable SUV with similar interior features and comfort—not a completely different class of car. This experience was frustrating and did not meet my expectations at all. I would not recommend this service unless they are more transparent and accurate with their vehicle categories.”

“I called in wanting to hire a car, was told all I needed was visa card and driver license for the car to be released to me, upon arrival I was then told to pay $170 up front a non refundable insurance fee- caught me off guard, I was desperate at the time and paid it”
