“I called in wanting to hire a car, was told all I needed was visa card and driver license for the car to be released to me, upon arrival I was then told to pay $170 up front a non refundable insurance fee- caught me off guard, I was desperate at the time and paid it”

“In general, I am happy with Snap Rentals and now when I know the process at the Auckland airport, I will certainly use them again and recommend them. There was a little bit of miscommunication but was resolved with a little bit of patience and persistence it was easily resolved. Everything else was impeccable”

“Very easy to find quick 5min drive from airport very quick efficient and friendly service. Car drove beautifully no problems and drop off was very quick and easy with a free shuttle service straight away back to the airport. Thankyou SNAP rentals highly reccomend.”
