“I had to change the arrival time which was handled well. It meant using the after hours service. It went well. The service agent at Aeropark was efficient but not overly engaging. He did not discuss the condition of the vehicle. Unfortunately the facility at Aeropark is not well lit and I could not see the condition of the vehicle. However when I arrived at my hotel, I was able to see that there were several dents and scrapes on the vehicle body. I took photos and advised your customer service team. They were quite helpful and overall sorted it out. However this could have been avoided if the service agent had advised me of the vehicle or else a document could have been located in the vehicle explaining the damage. It was disappointing in that apart from that the pickup and drop off were handled well.”

“Easy to get the transfer bus from the airport to the pick up location near Auckland airport. Easy handover of the vehicle. Vehicle was clean and what we had hired. It had a few scratches which we were not fussed about but we made sure we took photos of these so there were no issues when returning the vehicle on who was responsible for them. The car was reliable for our 2 week driving trip across both the North and South Island. We had a very early flight out of Queenstown and when we rang Snap about early drop off they were able to accomodate this and gave clear details via phone and back it up with an email. I would use SNAP rentals again. We saw lots of SNAP rental cars on our travels so they are obviously used by many others too.”

“I had an excellent experience with this car rental company from start to finish. The booking process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. “Great service. The KIA Stonic I was given had a bit of unresponsive steaming which wanted to track and „stabilise“ frequently. Also the lane alarm was a bit annoying. I think the alarm may put other road users in particular cyclist in jeopardy if pestle avoid driving across a centerline even if it sometimes the safest option.”

“We were able to rent a car quickly (within one day of travel). Great little Suzuki Swift that was fuel efficient. The car was clean and drove smoothly. Customer service at the reception was friendly and welcoming. Would recommend Snap Rentals.”
