“Staff were very helpful. The car a Yaris hybrid used hardly any petrol and was perfect for tripping around. I was initially confused the pick up was not at the airport however the shuttle service was excellent. Will use again.”

“I got the car I requested (not an 'or equivalent'). Pickup and dropoff were very efficient. My only downside was that I could not get Apple CarPlay to work on the Mitsubishi Outlander (all available wifi connections used) but I could not figure out how the rectify the situation. GPS navigation to and from the lot was confusing. Roads didn't match the map or the driving instructions. It would have been easier without GPS.”

“SNAP provided the best rental car experienced I have ever had (and I have had many rentals). The booking process, pick up, the actual car, and drop off were all simple and easy. The rental rate was good value. The company personnel are very pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend SNAP and will be using them again!”

“I found staff to be friendly, helpful and professional when I picked up the car and dropped it off. The shuttle service driver was so wonderful, helpful and empathetic. I could sense he was a good person who takes his role as a driver very seriously. He enjoys his work meeting new people everyday., chatting and sharing experiences with them. He is a great ambassador for Snap Rentals and I hope he is appreciated. should be appreciated. People like him are hard to find”

“I highly recommend Snap Rentals.This is the second time I used them. They reward loyalty through discounts. The whole process from booking, shuttle pick up and drop off, collecting and dropping car off was efficient, professional and stress free. All the staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful. The car was only 2 years old and was comfortable and excellent to drive. I researched the pricing of car rentals and Snap was by far the better deal. I intend to use Snap on my next visit.”

“Staff were friendly and responded promptly to emails, the interior of the car was immaculate, the outside had a couple of bumps and scratches but this wasn't a worry to us. The staff assured us the bumps/scratches had been photographed beforehand so this stopped us from worrying that we would be held liable for them. The pick-up and drop off processes were pretty smooth. We arrived at the International Airport in Auckland and it was difficult to find the area to be collected for the shuttle. I suggest providing a map and even having signage reading 'Snap Rentals shuttle collection point' or something like that. Some places even provide a time lapsed video of the walk from the airport to the collection point. I think it would alleviate some anxiety for customers worrying that their vehicle will be given away if they don't get there by the starting time. Our flight was delayed by 20 minutes so that added to the urgency for us! Also, when we collected the vehicle we photographed it for our own records but because it was night time it was too dark for the bumps/scratches to be seen in photos so better lighting is needed for night time collections. Other than that, everything went well so thank you and we are happy to recommend you to others.”

“We had troubles with the first rental company we tried. I gave these guys a call and with in 10 minutes had a car booked and picked it up 30 minutes after I made the call. The pricing was reasonable and the car was amaculate and well maintained and the staff made the whole process easy and fast.”

“We were given a very nice hybred car which we enjoyed driving. Very efficient service and helpful staff. The step into the shuttle bus was very high. A little step could have helped my wife considerably.”
