It may be useful for folks to know this. It’s not their fault but it’s a lazy systemic issue lying within the solar installation industry.”

Apologies that your matched installer wasn't able to quote. Every installer is equipped different, and each has their own preferences when it comes to installs. Some will install on certain pitched roofs while others will not - it comes down to what they feel comfortable with. What I will do here is e-mail you through a couple more installers for you to chat to who have done difficult roofs in the past. We were happy with both of them but Tommy from Auswell Energy must be the most honest man in Australia, he worked out how much energy we used and what we were paying to find out what we really needed and even if it was worth replacing our system. Also cheap quote if we just required our old panels removed.”
