I and a colleague I checked with at SolarQuotes would advise that is a particular extreme price. “I original contacted Macarthur Solar, on recommendation of friend, to check my failed inverter. After service call they offered choice of two inverters to replace mine but recommended installing new 5 kW inverter & larger solar panels on a 6.6 kW system.
I then sought further info from SolarQuotes who referred 3 installers :-

Two provided quotes on varying solar system configurations, the third did not supply a quote.
